Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • International destinations

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unexpected delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Package weight

  • Chosen shipping method

Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Artcam is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to the carrier or to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays and Carrier Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please contact the carrier first.

  2. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@artcam.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties

  • Taxes or fees

Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
